work at Radiant Greenis during the day. Our
busiest time of the week is Saturday and
Sunday.
One neat thing we do is hire for Radiant
GreenFarms, instead of just a specific
department.
During the interview
stage, we will all have a pretty good idea
of where an initial best fit is based on
your experience and interests, but we are
always on the lookout to keep you engaged
and interested in work.
Schedule and availability permitting, we do
a fair amount of cross training into other
work areas.
Not only does this help us on the schedule
front, but it also provides you with added
knowledge of what your fellow staff do.
Many new personal skills and friendships
have developed over the years from staff
getting the opportunity to learn and work in
